Pingala Software - Executive - Online Bidding/Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary
Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Online Bidding Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We- re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we- re looking for a leader who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Expertise in bidding portal like Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelancer / BDE / Marketing executive
- Online bidding, follow-ups, competition analysis, discussion with offshore clients.
- Responsible for overall client communication including deal closure.
- Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients
- Should be able to manage & coordinate information within the technical team in order to arrive at an accurate bid.
- Experience in the business development and bidding on freelancing websites
- Make Client relation and reporting about the updates of the project
- Understanding a client's needs and issues from a business point of view
- Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
- Candidate should have capability to make proposal negotiation with clients, coordinate with
- Experience in handling international market/clients such as US, UK, CANADA,AFRICA etc is preferable
- Will be responsible for keeping in touch with clients, providing regular updates to clients and ensuring timely delivery of project.
- Should be target oriented with analytical mind. Generate new leads and contribute to revenue generation.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Self-driven person, Team Player
- Good Communication Skill (Especially - Reading and Writing)
- Interacting in a friendly and professional manner with customers.
- Goal Oriented

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
