PineVox - Search Engine Optimization Specialist (2-5 yrs)
Position Overview:
- ROROTEL is seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO Specialist to join our team. As a leading provider of telecommunication services including PBX and VOIP solutions, ROROTEL is dedicated to enhancing communication experiences for businesses.
- The SEO Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our digital presence, expanding brand awareness, and executing effective marketing strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
2. On-page and off-page optimization for website and blog including meta tags, meta description, alt tags, URL leaf node, H1, H2, directory submission, etc.
3. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for the performance of all content (website, blog, other pages). Conduct relevant SEO audits for ongoing optimization
4. Review the client's content on a regular basis to identify opportunities, points of improvement, and creative solutions for the client's SEO programs.
5. Develop and implement a building strategy

6. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
1. 2+ experience in content marketing, content growth, and SEO with demonstrable results
2. Excellent written communication skills ability to conduct SEO analyses for trends
3. Understanding of analytical tools such as SEMrush, aHref, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Screaming Frog, among others.
4. Working knowledge in HTML, Java-script, CSS, , and other valuable media technologies
5. The ability to work with back-end SEO elements using CMSs like Wordpress.
6. A deep understanding of mobile strategy, mobile-first indexing, and how it relates to SEO
7. A solid grasp of how blogging, PR, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
8. An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry Skills: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), On-page Optimization and Google Webmaster Tools
9. Plan and implement A/B experiment to enhance the primary optimizing metrics customer experience.
10. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
