Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune.


- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and business communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

4. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

5. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract new clients.

7. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications :

1. Mandate Real Estate firm experience required

2. New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

3. Business and Communication skills

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Ability to build and maintain client relationships

6. Strong negotiation and presentation skills

7. Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends

8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
