About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Closing Manager to join our team in Pune. You will be responsible for driving successful transactions for our real estate mandates, from deal negotiation and documentation to client relationship management and finalization. Your ability to navigate complex transactions with expertise and build strong client relationships will be instrumental in securing profitable deals and exceeding our growth targets.

Responsibilities :

- Deal Negotiation and Closure:

- Lead the negotiation process for real estate mandates, ensuring optimal terms and maximum value for the company.

- Proactively address client concerns and objections, finding creative solutions to facilitate smooth deal closure.

- Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents (agreements, contracts, etc.) with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

- Liaise with legal teams, internal stakeholders, and external parties to ensure timely completion of legal formalities.

- Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, fostering trust and exceeding expectations.

- Provide regular updates and clear communication to clients on deal progress, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.

- Negotiate post-closure agreements and manage any residual issues to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

- Financial Analysis and Due Diligence :

- Analyze financial data and conduct due diligence on potential deals to assess risks and identify optimal investment opportunities.

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations to present findings to senior management and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure financial compliance and adherence to company policies.

- Process Management and Optimization :

- Streamline deal closure processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient workflows.

- Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance transaction efficiency and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the Pune real estate market.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in real estate transactions, preferably in the Pune market Especially Ambegaon Katraj Market.

- Proven track record of successfully closing complex real estate deals and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficient in legal documents, contracts, and real estate transaction procedures.

- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in India, particularly in Pune.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and real estate transaction management software.
