Pine Labs - Retail Sales Role (1-8 yrs)
Marketing Pipeline
- Build/ customize demos and presentations
- Promote marketing collaterals
- Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making
- Focus on horizontal markets and handle key prospects relationships
- Promote PL products through creating meaningful networks
Sales Process :
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.
- Assess needs of a prospect and promote suitable solutions
- Offer products and services to satisfy prospect needs
- Ensure client buy-in through use of demos, presentations, and use-case customization
Knowledge Management :
- Build and document sales activities in Salesforce
- Engage and be an expert at products offered at PL
- Knowledge on API Integration.
Customer Engagement
- Exceptional Customer Service - Deliver high NPS in the area through excellent customer service
- Ensure retention through periodic connect with converted prospects
Target/KRA: Number of integrated solutions sold -
1) Creation of catalogue
2) Integrate Billing
3) EMI Enablement
4) Multi model payment acceptance

- Helping merchants to improve their business challenges through seamless payment solutions.
- Market expansion by new and creative revenue growth strategies and partnership opportunities.
- Transforming Pinelabs to become a software provider that enables payments and digitize merchant stores
We are looking for someone with :
- Experience of Selling multiple products / services or solutions, with focus on target audience
- Has Local Exposure (Present or Past) of at least 2 years, with significant network in merchant or BFSI system
Strong Academic Pedigree:
Any Post Graduate
