We build software to automate the creation of construction blueprints. We put life into a building by designing its mechanical, fire, electrical, plumbing services. Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, top architects and MEP consultants, PillarPlus is funded by the best incubator from Silicon Valley, US - Y Combinator (AirBnB, DropBox, Razorpay, Meesho, Khatabook were also found here).

Responsibilities of the job include :
- If you understand mobile app marketing and B2B lead generation, you should be able to excel in this role! Work directly with the founders and be a part of our growth journey.
- We have 7 types of ideal customer profiles. These customers are builders, architects, PMC firms. We require a marketing manager who is a mobile app marketing expert, great in English and lead generation specialist to target these profiles at scale using cost-effective and innovative strategies.
Work involves the following :
- Plan strategies for generating mobile app downloads
- Craft strategies for all marketing teams, including digital, advertising, communications and creatives
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Performance marketing using Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Running, managing and improving email campaigns
- Plan strategies for LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Work experience in the Marketing domain, preferably for a mobile app product business/SaaS business
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals, manage teams
- Past experience in mobile app marketing and lead generation in a B2B startup/company
- You should be very good in English - writing and speaking
- Creative mind
- Result-oriented approach with past record of executing successful marketing strategies
- Knowledge of getting downloads, lead generation, email marketing and social media is a must
