Customer Relation Manager
About the company - PillarPlus MEP consultancy:
We are an MEP consultancy firm. You are not required to close the project, but build relations, trust and explain value offering. Your role is to resolve all queries of customers and take them to the final discussion stage of their project for closure by the sales team. You- ll be required to discuss the company profile, sample sets and address general questions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make 100-150 phone calls daily
- Discuss MEP requirements with architects, builders and engineers of their projects
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about our MEP services
- Keep records of customer interactions regarding project discussions
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests
- Follow up on people who sign-up on the website to work with our MEP firm
- Take incoming calls and answer questions regarding MEP services
- Make outgoing calls to customers for offering MEP engineering services
- Achieve daily and weekly calls and meeting targets
Competencies And Skills Required:
- Should have min. 1 Year of Sales experience
- Mandatory to have good communications skills, interpersonal skills
- A clear and pleasant speaking voice + fluency in English
- Ability to work under pressure
- People's person
- Good listening skills & ability to think quickly
- Active problem-solving skills (ability to make a recommendation or provide a solution to customer's problem)
Note:
We are in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry, but we are open for candidates having past experience in different industries.
This is a 6-day job and will have one fixed off every week on Sunday
CTC: Upto 6 LPA, depending on skill-set. Divided into Fixed + Variable (Very High incentives per customer, no upper limit to earnings)
