Job Responsibilities:
- Make 100-150 phone calls daily
- Discuss MEP requirements with architects, builders and engineers of their projects
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about our MEP services
- Keep records of customer interactions regarding project discussions
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests
- Follow up on people who sign-up on the website to work with our MEP firm
- Take incoming calls and answer questions regarding MEP services
- Make outgoing calls to customers for offering MEP engineering services
- Achieve daily and weekly calls and meeting targets
Competencies And Skills Required:
- Mandatory to have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well
- Good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's problem
- A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English
- The major skills and competencies we look for in a candidate are:
- Good communications skills
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure
Note:
- Past experience in the architecture or construction domain is a plus
- We'll train you with construction industry knowledge and equip you with the best customer management tools
- This is a 6-day job and will have one fixed off every week on Sunday
CTC - Fixed + Variable - Very High incentives per customer, no upper limit to earnings
