PillarPlus - Key Account Manager (2-4 yrs)
As a Fields Account Executive, you will be responsible for crafting, managing, and closing net new sales opportunities within a given territory. By understanding customers- unique needs, you will develop customised solutions that help their businesses thrive. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record in sales achievement, with software/SaaS experience in construction a plus.
What you'll do :
- Full cycle sales role; qualifying inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, conducting online and offline demos, and closing deals
- Articulate to prospects how our tools can help their business & develop a solution that best meets their needs
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Make 40-60 calls per day to incoming leads
- Perform 2-3 product demos per day
- Close 12-15 deals per month
- Pitch and close relationships with channel partners
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, create proposals, next steps, and forecasting in CRM
- Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
- Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position PillarPlus in the market
- Report to your team leader on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly and weekly basis
What you'll bring :
- 2+ years of full cycle sales experience, preferably in construction company or a fast-paced software/SaaS company
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate
- Fluency in English and Marathi would be preferred
- Adaptability and ability to think outside the box when addressing potential obstacles
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
- Real passion for technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
- Experience with Zoho Bigin CRM is nice to have
