About the company - PillarPlus MEP consultancy
PillarPlus is a core MEP design and BIM consultancy firm. Our MEP consultants use artificial intelligence to create drawings automatically to prevent delays & errors.
We take pride in growing rapidly, having 300+ projects across 40 Indian cities and 8 countries. We were among the top 10 IITian driven companies in Asia for 2020 at an event inaugurated by the honourable Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. We have received funding by Y-Combinator, Silicon Valley, USA.
Responsibilities of the job include :
- If you are from a real-estate and construction background, you should be able to excel in this role! Work directly with the founders and be a part of our growth journey.
- We have 7 types of ideal customer profiles. These customers are builders, architects, PMC firms. We require a Sales head who can target these profiles.
Work involves the following :
- Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Coordinate with technical team to resolve customer queries.
- Candidate should be flexible with traveling
Qualifications/Requirements :
- 10+ yrs experience in real estate industry, construction industry, and B2B having contacts in builders and architects
- Should be an MBA/B.Tech from a tier-1 college
- Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in handling India and overseas sales (Americas, Australia, EMEA)
- Experience in handling a team of more than 10 people.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Location - Mumbai
Note :
You'll be required to visit Jaipur for 15 days of training and onboarding process
This is a 6-day job and will have one fixed off every week on Sunday
