Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

1) Conduct in-house primary research and desk research

2) Conduct consumer calls, surveys, focus groups, IG polls internally, generate insights, and present synthesis

3) Design questionnaire, discussion guide, screeners, study design & protocol

4) Undertake competition mapping & category Landscape

5) Liaise with research agencies on specific projects as and when required

Qualification:

1) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology/Sociology/Social Anthropology/Business Administration (Marketing)

2) 3 years experience in Qualitative Consumer Research

3) Expertise in qualitative research methodologies such as depth interviews, focus groups, ethnography studies

4) Working knowledge of quantitative research will be an added advantage

5) Working knowledge of MS Office, survey & analysis tools

6) Excellent written & verbal communication

7) Ability to draw & deliver business-relevant insights to senior stakeholders.
