About the Role
Assistant Manager Marketplaces - Are you passionate about e-commerce and skilled at optimizing marketplace strategies? We're looking for a dynamic professional to drive our presence on Amazon and beyond. In this role, you'll manage ad campaigns, oversee product listings, and build strong partnerships with key account managers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Amazon Ad campaigns, including ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets on a regular basis.
- Identify and onboard the right marketplaces based on in-depth market research, aligning with business goals and growth strategies.
- Manage product listing/cataloguing and go-live activities in collaboration with key account manager
- Oversee POs from marketplace partners, schedule delivery appointments, and coordinate with the logistics team for smooth operations.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance product listings and drive visibility.
- Analyze Amazon business reports, search term reports, and other key metrics to optimize performance.
- Propose new ideas and processes to improve campaign performance, including account structure, bidding strategies, ad copy, and keyword development
- Track and maintain monthly sales forecasts vs. actual sales across marketplaces
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to achieve month-on-month growth on each Platform
- Ensure all content and collateral meet marketplace-specific guidelines.
The Ideal Profile
- 3+ years of experience in marketplace management, with a focus on Amazon
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and optimize strategies.
- Proven track record in driving successful marketplace campaigns.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
