The Role :
The Digital marketing Specialist role will be to design & deliver 360 degree campaigns across platforms to drive the defined organizational goals. Campaign execution will include building and leading strategy for email marketing, programmatic & social media marketing (Awareness, Lead-gen & engagement). The role would need to understand the need, plan the content, close integration within marketing, cross functional collaboration & alignment with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
DM Specialist should have a strong understanding & experience of online advertising process and technology fundamentals in Email, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic marketing & SEO. Further, he would require to be a fast learner and be able to lead projects independently and craft the direction.
1. Leading Digital Marketing campaigns - understanding the need, defining the goals, creating a strategy and execution plan to implement them.
2. Planning (Campaign calendar, define communication & Channel flow), facilitate content optimsation and execution of digital campaigns. Which will include online advertising, coordination to get the website content/properties ready and drive graphic designing in accordance.
3. Increase our web presence to boost brand awareness, maintain a strong online company voice through social media (SM). This would include drafting SM content calendar in line with defined SM strategy and driving execution on SM platforms with regular posts as per campaign & branding priorities.
4. Creating and executing highly targeted SMS and email-based marketing campaigns and maintaining the contact database with segmentation basis the user behavior & defined personas.
5. Conduct keyword research & align with product leadership to execute the SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page & tech optimsation in close coordination with partner agency to drive incremental organic traffic & conversions. This will include conceptualizing content inform of Blogs, editorials & closed forum content postings in-line with campaigns/priorities.
6. Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics around user web journey till conversion and regular campaign reporting. This will include proficiency in data analysis using internal BI tools & GA.
7. Building an expert level understanding of the leading email marketing platforms like Adobe Campaign Manager, Adobe experience Manager & CRM
Preferred Candidate profile :
1. Experience in SEM, Email Marketing, App push marketing & Social Media Campaign strategizing, planning & execution. (B2B Experience will be a plus)
2. Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and different teams.
3. Exposure to Adobe Campaign Manager or advanced email marketing tools a big plus.
4. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, WebTrends, Google Tag Manager)
5. Experience in a similar digital marketing role within leading creation and implementation SEO, PPC and social media campaigns content development and optimizations
6. Enthusiastic candidates about marketing automation and basic understanding/exposure to workflow designing & CRM integration will be a big plus
7. Expert in Excel & exposure to other Analytics tools used for effective behavioral segmentation.
8. Team leading experience will be preferred for the role and for faster growth for next role.
