Pikar HealthTech - Head - Sales (5-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Designing, organizing and establishing a sales force that builds mutually beneficial relationships around markets.
2) Developing a sales strategy which values role of relationship building in reaching sales target.
3) Understanding the roles and activities of each sales job, and design sales efforts with relationship orientation. In other words, plan for relational sales efforts.
4) Responsible for franchise expansion by creating and maintaining relationships with target customers in North India.
5) Forecasting and estimating market and sales potential.
6) Developing budget for market acquisition, sales effort and relationship maintenance.
7) Staffing the sales force with people who have relationship orientation and marketing orientation (customer orientation and competition orientation).
8) Empowering sales personnel to create and maintain relationships alongside achieving sales target through training and development.
9) Directing people's efforts through effective motivation, compensation and leadership.
10) Screening and selecting - franchisee- who are ideal for partnering based on financials and cultural fit with SmartSewa.
11) Analyzing, evaluating and reporting sales efforts through the lens of both relationship building and sales generation efforts.
Requirements :
1) MBA in Sales and Marketing from a reputed College
2) Minimum 3 years of sales experience at Managerial capacity.
3) Should have managed at least 5 sales executives.
4) Ability to learn and upgrade oneself continuously.
5) Excellent mentoring, good communication, empathy and ego drive, coaching and people management skills.
