Job brief : Our distribution company's leadership team needs a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our domestic sales department. Responsibilities & Duties - Identify new sales leads.
- Prospect for new clients by networking.
- Identify potential Clients and the decision-makers within the Client organization.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and Company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Any other Job duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
