Designation : Business Development Manager/Sales Manager
Location : Chandigarh, Panchkula, Ambala
Experience : 1 to 6 years
Qualifications : (Graduation/MBA)
- Preference for candidates with B2B sales
- Experience of minimum 1+yr individual Filed Sales
- Interested candidates may share their CVs
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Identify New Sales leads.
- Field Sales
- Prospect for new Clients by networking.
- Cold Calling.
- Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
- Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Achieve Weekly, Monthly sale Targets
- Revenue generation
- Any other Job duties as assign by the Management time to time
