Roles and Responsibilities (Business Development Executive ) :
- Identify New Sales Leads.
- Must Have Laptop And Own Vehicle
- Field Sales
- Prospect For New Clients By Networking.
- Cold Calling.
- Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
- Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
- Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
