Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Contractor Relationship Management :
- Advise and Promote appropriate Products and Solutions
- Inform Leads and Customers of current Promotions and Discounts
- Organize Applicator Meets and Training Program
- Build Contractor Loyalty through ICC
2. Dealer Management :
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target in territory
- Successful execution of Trade Schemes
- Identify and Develop Business with important Dealers
3. Lead Management :
- Facilitate Cold and Warm calls to Prospective Leads
- Schedule and follow through on calls with Leads and Current Customers
- Meet and engage leads and customers through site visits
- Answer all Lead and Customer questions accurately
- Prioritize and/or escalate Lead and Customer questions as needed
4. Internal Reporting :
- Track and Report all Appointments, Sales, Complaints, Status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
