1. Sales Objective - Prepare sales funnel from identified projects of the accounts and build an order pipeline for all accounts. Achievement of sales objective (Volume/value,product & segment wise).

2. Key Account Management - Identify key accounts in the area, influencer network in the key accounts & develop strategy to tap the business. Identify opportunities for contract jobs & other product supplies opportunity. Engage with respective influencer for contract jobs & with the purchase organization for supply opportunities.

3. Applicators & Distributor Ecosystem Management - Identify & develop relationship with adequate number of project applicators & distributors based on the segment being driven. Drive loyalty/engagement of the respective project applicators

4. Adhere to the commercial policies of the division(including necessary documentation for creating codes

5. Technical skill if any Keep a track of competition activities in the owned accounts, capture and share the same with RM.
