The responsibilities of the candidate includes :
1. Answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
3. Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
