About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling all incoming inquiries and communication with customers
2. Assisting the sales teams with sales-related information
3. Marketing campaign analysis and process orientation
4. Assisting customers with itineraries and sightseeing planning
5. Collecting customer feedback about services
6. Managing emails, chats, and phone support (majorly incoming)
7. Resolving issues and correcting process errors
8. Working with operations & admin team members to formulate guidelines for customer communication
