Pickrr Technologies - Lead Generation Specialist (5-10 yrs)
- Manage - Lead Generation team - Outbound
- Identifying companies/brands/clients suitable to our business, Set up the initial discussions, pitch/upsell our solutions and pass on the interested clients to the acquisition team for closures.
- Responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline for the acquisition team.
- Should have exposure to good/growing D2C brands in india.
- Comfortable in interacting with senior management/decision maker of prospect clients and pitch for our solutions.
- Liaison and follow-up for closure of deals
- Training the team on the inside sales process, lead generation, engaging the clients via tele calling, emails etc.
- Refining the product/ sales pitch for all the client segments.
- Expert in utilizing and training team on sales navigator tool.
