Pickrr - Senior Seller Account Manager (2-7 yrs)

We at Pickrr are planning to ramp up our team and take big swings in 2021. We're hiring individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets who can drive Seller Experience by taking complete ownership of account. Expect high ownership, learning, and amazing work culture.

You will be responsible for managing complete seller account, building strategic relationships with client, address all issues from end to end and ensure seamless experience with Pickrr

Key KPIs:

- Manage a team of 5-10 people to ensure all accounts are managed as per client expectations

- Managing complete account from end to end related to Operations, Finance/Weight Issues, Escalations, Tech related issues

- Aligning SOP with clients to ensure they have clear understanding of all aspects and ensure we deliver as per client expectations

- Share daily reports on performance all key metrics with Client and work on improving the key KPIs related to Client

- Weekly/Fortnightly meetings with Clients to discuss on performance related aspects and suggest corrective actions both at Client end & Pickrr end

- Manage Complete NDR process for clients and ensure highest conversion for all cases

Requirements:

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized/Tier-1 institution

- Preferably 2+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics

- Client Account Management experience is a plus

- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

- Should have knowledge about logistics & should be familiar with all processes
