Pickrr - Senior Associate - Sales (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Identify suspects from cold calling through web research & Linkedin and existing network
- Responsible for reaching out mid & large size enterprise client
- Responsible for generating leads through outbound calling
- Responsible for qualifying leads for the sales team
- Meet out daily quota of reaching new suspects and manage to follow up calls
- Reach out to C-Level executives & department heads through calls, LinkedIn, email
- The consultative solution sales approach
- Conduct basic screening of client and collect pre-sales information to be used by the sales team
- Understand 1st level customer requirements as transfer this information to the sales team
- Organize online meetings/demos, face-to-face meetings for the sales team
- Shall be responsible to establish a company brand image & solution understanding to the client
- Manage leads by using CRM tools like Salesforce
- Establish & maintain healthy business relationships with clients via phone/email periodically
Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in the cloud or SaaS-based IT software sales
- Industry experience of e-commerce web development, supply chain technology solutions, ERP, CRM
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Should have used CRM
- Have experience in speaking to C-Level executives and department heads
- Lead generation & qualification via email, cold calling
- Achieved daily quota of calls - new & follow-ups consistently
