Pickrr - Performance Marketing Role (6-8 yrs)
Job Title : Digital Marketing
Experience Required : 6-8years
Responsibilities :
- Creating and executing a strong marketing strategy
- Developing and managing campaigns
- Automated email marketing efforts using software like Intercom, Helpcrunch.
- Implemented email and SMS marketing for driving conversions.
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs through paid, organic & own media channels
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
- Working understanding of Programmatic Advertising to nurture leads both on DSP side (advertisers) and the SSP side (publishers)
- Channels we'll be looking at: LinkedIn Marketing, Email Marketing, Display Advertising and Search Advertising
Requirements :
- Candidates must match the below requirements:
- A graduate degree in marketing or a related field
- Expertise in multiple digital marketing disciplines, including social, content, and email marketing.
- Proven success in driving results through all user acquisition channels.
- business revenue growth and massive leaps in audience engagement.
- Lead to 3x increase in monthly traffic for Pickrr
- Extremely passionate and knowledgeable about digital marketing.
- 6+ years of experience required
- Logistic background candidate will be preferred
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Up to date with latest trends & best practices in marketing
