Pickrr - Key Account Manager (3-7 yrs)

As a Seller KAM you would be responsible for ensuring that Pickrr clients have a phenomenal experience. You will be expected to interact with clients to understand their needs, and go above and beyond to help them resolve their issues. Additionally, you will be expected to build a relationship with the clients and help them to grow their business. Bottom line, make our clients love us!
Job Responsibilities
- Should serve as a one point of contact for the clients assigned to them
- Responsible for interacting with clients on a daily basis and resolving their issues in timely and efficient manner
- Understand the needs of the clients and pick up on additional or missing details
- Ensure clients get a superlative experience when they reach out to us
- Would be working on escalations and should follow up regularly over email and phone to ensure closure of the case
- Regularly update the Business Operations with client's issues
- Would be responsible for clients retention and load increment
- Would be responsible for closure of financial aspects like CN, weight issues, billing etc.
- Should be able to drive the pickup performance, pickup alignment and ensuring high delivered percentage
- Should be able to analyze various process gaps and collaborate with cross functional teams to provide solutions to the clients
- Responsible for owning and sending the weekly and monthly reports to the clients
- Must possess superb verbal and written English communication skills
Skills and Qualification
- Bachelors / Master's Degree in any discipline
- 3 to 7 years of experience as a KAM in logistics/e-commerce startups
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Customer-service mindset
- Ability to follow complicated guidelines and instructions
- Positive, happy attitude and a strong work ethic - honesty is very important
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Should have a proven high-performance track record
