Pickrr - Associate - Customer Success (0-3 yrs)
We at Pickrr are planning to ramp up our team and take big swings in 2021. We're hiring individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets who can drive Logistics/Supply Chain vertical through 3PL/Courier partners. Expect high ownership, learning, and amazing work culture.
As a customer experience specialist, you would be responsible for ensuring that Pickrr clients have a phenomenal experience. Hence, this role goes much beyond being a simple call center agent. You will be expected to interact with customers to understand their needs, and go above and beyond to help them resolve their issues. Additionally, you will be expected to build a relationship with the clients and help them to grow their business. Bottom line, make our clients love us!
Job Responsibilities :
- Contact our clients who have put in orders on Pickrr
- Understand their needs and pick up on additional or missing details
- Respond to questions
- Identify and overcome objections
- Ensure clients get a superlative experience when they reach out to us
- Follow up regularly to ensure closure of the case
- Complete records of interactions, orders and accounts
- Control the churn by improving retention on the platform
- Regularly update the Business Operations with client's issues
Skills and Qualification :
- Excellent English reading and writing skills - we have tasks for intermediate to very advanced levels of English
- Superior grammar and punctuation knowledge
- Email & Chat Support experience (Desired Skills)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- High attention to detail
- Customer-service mindset
- Ability to follow complicated guidelines and instructions
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem solving skills
- Positive, happy attitude and a strong work ethic - honesty is very important
