Pickright - Virtual Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to join our team. This role is ideal for graduates interested in client relationship management within a virtual environment. As a VRM, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, providing personalized solutions and achieving sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling of our product.

Responsibilities :
- Building and Maintaining Relationships : Establish and nurture virtual relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Providing Personalized Solutions : Identify and understand client needs to offer customized solutions tailored to their financial goals.
- Conducting Virtual Meetings : Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to inform clients about product benefits and features.
- Resolving Issues : Address and resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
- Cross-Selling : Recognize cross-selling opportunities and promote relevant products to existing clients, expanding their portfolio.
- Achieving Sales Targets : Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Selling Products : Introduce and sell a variety of investment products, including mutual funds, insurance, current accounts, and savings accounts.
- Generating Referrals : Utilize internal databases to generate referrals and expand the client base.
- Promoting Digital Banking : Encourage and guide clients to adopt digital banking services to enhance their experience.
- Profiling Customers : Gather and maintain accurate client information for effective service and personalized support.
- Logging Complaints : Record client complaints promptly and resolve them to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Controlling Attrition : Implement strategies to reduce client attrition, fostering long-term relationships and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Graduates with an MBA in any stream or Mass Communication, or Digital Marketing degree.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships in a virtual environment.
- Client-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of financial products or a strong interest in learning about them.
- Sales-oriented mindset, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
