As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales Associate with experience in broking and the wealth industry to play a vital role in expanding our distributor network and driving sales.

- Job Summary :

The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships within the wealth advisory sector, with a focus on creating and expanding a robust distributor network. This individual will bring a background in broking, a deep understanding of the wealth industry, and a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our fintech solutions and driving business growth.

- Key Responsibilities:-

1. - Distributor Network Development:-

- Identify and establish relationships with potential distributors in the wealth advisory sector.

- Develop and implement strategies to expand and strengthen the distributor network.

- Provide ongoing support and training to distributors to enhance their understanding of our products and services.

2. - Sales and Revenue Generation:-

- Actively engage in sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to distributors and potential clients.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

3. - Market Research and Analysis :

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and product/service enhancements.

- Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights.

4. - Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and key stakeholders.

- Address any issues or concerns raised by distributors and ensure timely resolution.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

5. - Reporting and Documentation:-

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, distributor interactions, and market feedback.

- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and distributor network growth.

- Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales within the broking and wealth advisory industry.

- Demonstrated success in creating and expanding distributor networks.

- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Must have 2 - 5 years of work experience in sales(broking,Mutual fund distribution and wealth domain)
