PickMyWork uses technology to source, train and manage workers for clients' needs. We specialize in services like merchant acquisitions, lead generation, sales process outsourcing, KYCs and audits and have helped multiple companies scale-up their operations.
Role - Growth Manager
Location - Work From Home
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Resource planning to achieve revenue objectives
2. Driving & enabling the team to achieve goals.
3. Managing relationships with clients, on-ground teams, and project stakeholders.
4. Monitoring daily operations & making necessary course corrections.
5. Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.
6. Scheduling and conducting interviews, selection, and onboarding.
7. Training & support for Team with course corrections.
8. Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Whom are we looking for?
1. Is comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced Start-up Environment.
2. Has completed MBA/PGDM.
3. Has good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
4. Is willing to devote his/her time and knowledge.
5. Team Leadership and Management Skills/ Experience.
6. Work experience in related roles.
Compensation Structure : As per Industry Standards
Interview Process : 2-3 Personal Rounds of Interview
Fluency in English Communication (Oral and Written) is highly desirable
