Position Overview :
- As a Digital Marketing Associate at Picake, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, attract potential students, and drive engagement across various online platforms. From social media management to content creation and SEO optimization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our digital footprint and fostering community engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, email, and other digital channels.
- Manage and maintain Picake's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates to drive audience engagement and generate leads.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our platform.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop creative assets such as graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using Canva or similar tools.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about emerging digital marketing strategies and opportunities for innovation.
- Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote course offerings, and engage with our audience effectively.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, content creation, SEO, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
