PIBM - Search Engine Optimization Role (3-10 yrs)
Job Overview:
PIBM is seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies, including keyword research, SEO audits, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building techniques, to enhance our online presence and drive organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content teams.
- Perform comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical issues and recommend solutions.
- Implement and manage on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, focusing on link-building, guest posting, and outreach.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Prepare regular reports on website traffic, rankings, and SEO ROI.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of keyword research and SEO audit techniques.
- Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Proven experience in link-building and outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
