Job Description :
Physique 57 India is currently seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales & Client Servicing Associate (SaCS) at our newest studio location in Bangalore, India. As a front-line business driver and brand ambassador of Physique 57, the associate plays a pivotal role in delivering luxury customer service while maximizing studio sales. Under the direction of the Head of Sales & Client Servicing, associates must demonstrate a profound understanding of our products, services, and merchandise, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience for our clientele.
Responsibilities :
Sales :
- Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively promoting Physique 57 India's premier products and services to prospective clients.
- Engage proactively with potential clients, understanding their fitness aspirations, and recommending tailored membership options.
- Conduct comprehensive sales consultations, providing detailed insights into our offerings, and addressing client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and conversions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, actively contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to deliver unparalleled service to clients.
Client Servicing :
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an outstanding experience for all clients.
- Assist clients with inquiries, promptly resolve concerns, and offer expert guidance on class schedules, membership details, and studio amenities.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, fostering long-term loyalty through personalized interactions and attentive consideration of individual needs.
- Actively listen to client feedback, promptly address concerns, and provide valuable insights to the management team for ongoing improvement.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and maintaining utmost confidentiality.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other team members to ensure smooth operations and consistently deliver high-quality service.
Studio Operations :
- Work closely with the studio team to maintain an inviting and impeccably organized environment for clients.
- Assist in essential administrative tasks such as class check-ins, membership renewals, and seamless processing of payments.
- Uphold Physique 57 India's stringent cleanliness standards, ensuring the studio maintains an impeccable appearance at all times.
- Support the successful implementation of promotional activities and events, fostering client engagement and enhancing retention.
Qualifications :
- Availability to work a full-time schedule of 6 days per week, including Saturdays & Sundays.
- Flexibility to accommodate a dynamic work schedule, including weekends, evenings, early mornings, and on holidays.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in sales and client servicing, preferably within the fitness or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement and relationship- building.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, demonstrating a genuine passion for surpassing client expectations.
- Keen attention to detail, along with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Flexible availability to accommodate evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong affinity for fitness, coupled with a solid understanding of the fitness industry, will be viewed favorably.
- Actively contribute to companies' topline revenue through achieving predetermined sales - targets.
