Job Description: Marketing Manager (Offline Coaching Centers - ATL & BTL Marketing)
Position Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Noida

Experience Required: 5+ years in ATL and BTL marketing, preferably in the education/coaching industry
Key Responsibilities
ATL Marketing:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Strategize and execute high-impact ATL campaigns, including TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.
- Collaborate with media agencies to design and optimize campaigns.
Media Planning & Budgeting:
- Allocate budgets across ATL channels based on target demographics and campaign goals.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure ROI optimization.
Brand Building:
- Work with creative teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all ATL platforms.
BTL Marketing:
Local Activation:
- Organize on-ground events like school outreach programs, workshops, and open houses.
- Develop innovative ideas to increase visibility in local communities.
Collateral Development:
- Design and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and quality control.
Partnerships & Alliances:
- Establish partnerships with schools, local influencers, and community organizations for comarketing opportunities.
- Leverage tie-ups to boost footfall and enrollment.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify customer needs, competition trends, and market gaps.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Monitor competitor marketing activities and implement competitive strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,or a related field.
Experience:
Proven track record in managing ATL and BTL marketing for offline businesses, preferably in the education/coaching industry.
Strong understanding of regional markets and audience behavior.
Skills:
