Phulkari Forever - Performance Marketer & Google Ads Specialist (2-6 yrs)
We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Google Ads Specialist to lead and execute paid marketing campaigns that drive sales, optimize ROI, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, PPC campaigns, and data-driven ad strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and implement Google Ads strategies (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Retargeting) to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for cost efficiency, quality score, and ad relevance.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) and prepare detailed reports.
- Identify new growth opportunities through audience insights, competitor analysis, and trend research.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maintain campaign effectiveness.
