Job Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation :

- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the blend of solution and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

- Work to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals.

2. Sales Operations : 

- Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.

- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

- Vendor management

- Coordinate with business and operations for seamless execution.

- Tracking sales numbers, pipeline and incentives.

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- Relevant experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales

- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.

- A proven track record of strong client relationships.

- Excellent client service skills.

- Proficient in Office software (Excel & PowerPoint).

- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

- Detail oriented and analytical.

- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.

- A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Education -

Graduation: BBA/B.Tech/B.E

Post-Graduation: MBA/PGDM in Business, Communications or related field
