PhonePe - Product Content Writer (4-8 yrs)
As a Product Content Writer, you will be in charge of creating high-quality content across the product including PhonePe app, FAQ, emails, API docs, user assistance multimedia content, landing pages, videos (scripting), webinars etc. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an expert at using words to reach and engage and also tie the performance of your content to metrics. Strong familiarity with payments industry and experience in writing for Indian audience is preferable. Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with teams across PhonePe including Product, Engineering, Design, CS, Marketing to create high-quality, relevant content.
- Develop product content that is consistent with our product design philosophy and clearly and crisply conveys to the customers and stakeholders.
- Create, own and edit content across channels including our product, error messages, FAQ, emails, notifications, and user education collateral.
- Support each product release.
- Define, advocate and ensure consistency with the PhonePe style, voice, and standards.
You must have :
- Excellent writing and communication skills, able to craft engaging content across formats. Please include a link with samples of your work.
- At least 3 years of experience writing content for the web.
- At least 1 year of experience writing content for the mobile app.
- Expertise in writing short-form fiction, grammar and syntax knowledge.
- Experience working with Design and product teams.
- Strong familiarity with the payments industry and experience in writing for Indian audience is preferable.
