Phoenix Mills - Assistant Manager - Marketing & Communication (4-6 yrs)
1. Print media campaign planning & coordination
a. Plan & coordinate for Print media campaign
b. Plan monthly print media calendar in sync with the objectives & annual plan
c. Allocate and manage budget wisely on monthly and quarterly
d. Get internal approvals for all media plans on monthly basis
2. Media Buying/Booking
a. Book ads/media on leading newspaper (TOI) based on the plan
b. Get approvals on the given estimate and initiate the PO process
c. Negotiate and get max complimentary ad spaces
d. Coordinate with accounts & ensure to process the PO
e. Coordinate with agency and release the artwork on time
3. Creative Development & campaign execution as per the marketing calendar
a. Send Creative brief to the agency with layout & artwork deadline
b. Share relevant details & materials to the agency for artwork development
c. Coordinate with creative agency for artwork development & completion
d. Ensure to receive the artworks on deadline without fail
e. Get internal approvals on the final artwork
f. Release the final artwork to publish house as per the deadline
g. Track the newsprint and file it on digital & hard copy for reports
4. Media-net/Advertorial - buying/booking with
a. Plan & book Media-net with the publisher TOI
b. Coordinate with accounts & ensure to process the PO
c. Conceptualise stories for Media-net. i.e. D- cor, Season launch, Offers, Categories etc.
d. Send copy/content brief to the agency/TOI for Media-net story
e. Get internal approvals on the Media-net story
f. Finalise the materials/photos and share it with the publisher on deadline
g. Track the newsprint and file it on digital & hard copy for reports
5. Awards - participation & coordination
a. Send application for awards participation after the internal approval
b. Coordinate with accounts & ensure to process the PO
c. Deliver required materials/profiles/bio/write-ups/images to the agency after internal approval
d. Update the team on the event dates and maintain the awards on shelf and on doc
6. Fashion Supplements/Magazines -
a. Plan a calendar for the magazines & curate ideas based on category
b. Select and confirm the brands, coordinate with internal team members
c. Schedule the shoot and coordinate for the photo production with agency and stores
d. Organise the shoot with the agency and retailers
e. Coordinate with publisher for artwork layouts & approval
f. Follow up on the final deliver/publishing
7. Internal Coordination
a. Coordinate with all other ongoing/regular marketing promotions & activities
b. Photo shoots, Video shoots, Bloggers/Influencers shoots
c. AV Production, Marketing Communications materials development
