Phistream Consulting - Executive - Business Development (0-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Must be well-versed in Market Research for finding different avenues for demand, collecting competitors data and effective data mining for generating prospects
- Should have managed an end-to- end Sales process from qualifying clients to closing the deals to retaining/acquiring new accounts/clients
- Should be able to understand clients requirements and tailor-pitch the services accordingly
- Should be good in follow-ups and maintaining relationships with clients
- Monthly Sales achievements through accounts/clients
- Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales
- Very adaptive to a dynamic and continuously evolving process-driven environment
- Being tech-savvy, statistically proficient with numbers, ability to take risks is a value-add
- Strong sales proposal and presentation experience.
- Possess the ability to establish relationships within all levels of the client.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and co-workers.
Pre-Requisites to Apply for this Role :
- Proven record of On-boarding companies/corporates
- 0-5 years of experience in working as corporate sales resource in consulting domain is an added advantage
- Prior experience in corporate sales / consulting sales in Third Party Inspection / Audit, BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom is an added advantage
- Must be creative, detail oriented, possess a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and have a hunter mentality to create new business and acquire new logos.
- Possess superior negotiation skills coupled with a net profit bottom line mentality.
