Role: Key Account Manager
Location: Mumbai
Main purpose of the role: The role holder will be responsible for business development and revenue realization from Large Accounts for the respective professional lighting segment
Reporting Relationship: The Job Holder will report to National Key Accounts Manager Public Infra
Key Areas of Accountability:
- Account Management : Mapping, planning and managing Key Accounts in the segment including understanding customer's business domain and CFSs for the customer
- Executive Level Engagement : Mapping & developing relationships with key decision makers and CXOs
- Consultative selling : Understanding customers- needs
- Driving business objectives for the retail segment
- End to end sales and Coordinating and collaborating with support functions like Product Marketing, Supply Chain, finance etc
- Product, Systems & Services knowledge and use of tools like SFDC and CFS templates
Job Requirements:
- Education- Engineering + MBA/PGDM
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B Sales Experience in key account management
- The incumbent should have an experience of managing and developing business from Large End Users (accounts)
- Preferable to have experience in interacting with Executive decision makers in customer organization
