Role - BDM Solar
Key Areas of Accountability :
- Drive solar lighting (B2B) for the region - Account Specific @ Public Infra through demand generation, customer visits, product demo, spec development, making offers.
- Work with Prof LiAS, KAM & LE teams and supporting them in areas of product approvals / application, customer visits for Business Development ONLY
- Develop after-sales service infrastructure in urban and rural areas by closely working with customer care team
- Enhance the competencies of sales teams & channel partners on products and applications through regular training programs
- Product, Systems & Services knowledge and use of tools like SFDC and CFS templates
- Own sales targets for the region- Solar OP from Prof Trade, Other KAM Verticals
- Own OIT (order Intake in SAP) targets- for Non Solar & Solar for Accounts designated.
- Identify Business Partners to enhance Reach & appoint them that are specific to Segment.
