Phi Commerce - Manager - Direct Sales (2-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently from a remote location.
2. Independently identify and develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the approved merchant segment
3. Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel, tracking opportunities from lead generation to closure.
4. Conduct targeted outreach through cold calls, referrals, networking, and industry events.
5. Coordinate virtually with cross-functional teams (product, operations, and technology) to ensure smooth implementation and integration of payment solutions.
6. Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and commercials, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with company objectives on pricing strategy ( net Income )
7. Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, milestones, and forecasts while working remotely.
8. Stay updated on compliance and regulatory frameworks to ensure contract integrity.
9. Act as the voice of the customer to guide product enhancements and innovation.
10. Monitor trends in the digital payments industry, including innovations in UPI, contactless payments, cross-border solutions, and alternative payment methods.
11. Stay informed about competitor activities and market shifts to refine strategies.
12. Drive initiatives to expand market reach in untapped sectors and geographies.
13. Identify and explore partnerships or ecosystem opportunities to enhance the company's digital payments offerings.
14. Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset to meet targets without direct supervision.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication and virtual collaboration skills.
16. Should be proactive in conducting meeting and visiting merchant on regular basis .
