Phi Commerce - Key Account Manager - Sales (2-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently from a remote location.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision- makers at large merchant accounts, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Pay Phi products and services to existing clients, maximizing their wallet share both GTV and revenue generation.
- Proactively addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction to prevent churn.
- Working closely with internal teams like product, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth implementation and client support.
- Analyse data trends and client performance based on defined key performance indicators.
- Coordinate virtually with cross-functional teams (product, operations, and technology) to ensure smooth implementation and integration of payment solutions.
- Provide regular updates on milestones, and forecasts while working remotely.
- Should be proactive in conducting meetings and visiting merchants on a regular basis.
- Should be able to lead re- negotiations for contracts, pricing, and commercials, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with company objectives on pricing strategy ( net Income)
- Excellent analytical skill.

- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently from a remote location (if necessary).

- Hybrid of a solo player (self- motivation & diligence) and team player (for collaborative actions)
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Very good communication in English (Hindi and one other Indian language, in addition, would be beneficial)
- Very good negotiation skills (commercial and collaboration)
