Phi Commerce - Executive - Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will focus on developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to promote our organization. You will collaborate closely with the product, sales, and customer support teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition, focusing on the B2B segment.
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop compelling content (blogs, infographics, case studies, social posts) for our website, social media, and email newsletters to attract potential clients, partners & Talent.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with brand messaging.
Email Marketing:
Design, execute, and analyze email campaigns to nurture leads, enhance customer engagement, and retain existing clients.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM) to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Prepare regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and overall digital marketing effectiveness.
Market Research:
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement in digital marketing efforts.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, customer support, and product to align marketing strategies with business goals and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or fintech environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience in running paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Knowledge of the payment gateway/fintech industry is a plus.
