Phi Commerce - Executive - Customer Success (2-4 yrs)
- Responsibilities : -
- Field Support (EDC) experience in rotational shifts
- Troubleshoot, resolve and document merchant incidents timely
- Building good merchant relationship and provide them with necessary training
- Basic system knowledge like payments, PC & EDC
- Maintaining daily communications with merchant and ensure proactive engagement
- Submitting daily reports & hands on Microsoft office
- Minimum 2 years on Field experience
- Understanding the payments flow will be add on
- Job Location:- Bangalore Airport
- Language Preference:- Kannada, English, Hindi
- Shift:- 24-7 support (rotational Shift)
