City Lead
- Primarily this person will be looking at acquisition of new franchise partners & growth of existing franchise partners in his respective city.
- Regular follow ups/meetings with franchise partners regarding their sales numbers and growth.
- Meeting leads provided by the calling team on a regular basis to onboard new franchisees.
- Training for New Franchise Partners.
- Look at growth & drive local marketing activities in the franchise locations.
- Assessing the franchisee & check for long term potential & fitment with the Pharmeasy Set Up
- Drive growth in GMV for existing franchisees by working with the Marketing team (Leaflet, sunpack, GSB, tshirts) & develop marketing materials.
- Coordinating with Analytics/Commercial teams to release incentives/commissions to the franchisee.
- Escalating to the relevant teams for any issues regarding Franchise (Order Punching/ Onboarding/ Inventory/ Logistics/ Supply Chain).
- Complete on field franchise management role requiring travel all the time.
