Pharmarack - Customer/Retailer Support Role (1-4 yrs)

- Providing help and answers to the customer's semi technical issues through identification of the problem, Initial analysis, and by taking assistance of L2 in case of requirement.
- Agent need to pick the customer calls and provide the solution for simple issues on call or take screen session for analysis of complex issues
- Basic knowledge of Incident management (Priority and impact of the issue)
- Agent should have proper email etiquettes with good verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of additional language will be an added advantage
- Experience in Inbound or outbound calls
- Basic Qualification should be graduation in IT or Commerce (BA, BSC, BCOM)
- Basic knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Word/Excel)
- Preferred location - Pune/PCMC
- Candidate should be flexible with working hours and weekly off- s
- Candidate should have own transport arrangement
