Phablecare - Brand Communications Manager - Marketing & Public Relations (5-10 yrs)
Requirements & Qualifications :
- 5-10 years of work experience as PR Specialist or manager
- Degree in communications, PR or any relevant field
- A portfolio of successful PR campaigns (mandatory)
- Enthusiasm and strong communication skills
- Experience in managing small teams
- Experience in managing media and agency relationships
- Effective time management skills
- Public speaking skills, willingness to be the face of the brand
Key Responsibilities :
- Ideating and implementing a strong brand communications strategy
- Ideating and implementing effective public relations policies and strategy
- Crafting creative public relations campaign ideas and programs
- Planning and managing the budget for communication and PR initiatives
- Creating guidelines for communication and ensuring maximum compliance
- Reviewing PR announcements (design+copy) and all brand collateral
- Outlining measurable KPIs for all PR and communications activities
- Presenting weekly/monthly reports on the KPIs, objectives and outcomes
- Managing media relations, and relations with all external agencies
- Aligning the direction of both the internal team and external stakeholders
- Monitoring the brand image 24x7, and suggesting constant improvements
- Identifying and implementing real-time branding and PR opportunities
- Managing event planning and community sponsorships
- Building the PR team and hiring new members and interns
- Leading crisis management with effective strategies
