Phablecare - App Retention Specialist (3-7 yrs)
App Retention Specialist
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage user retention and calendar campaigns across various platforms
- Push, SMS, in-apps, etc.
- Tracking, collecting and analyzing user data and activities on the app based on different parameters.
- Creating journeys around different user cohorts, continuously experimenting with content, creatives, timing, etc and documenting the process and learnings.
- Work cross functionally with different teams to understand their requirements and work towards implementing the campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content and creative teams for all weekly campaign requirements.
- Conduct competitor analysis and define best practices for user engagement.
Skills Required :
- Experience with running and tracking campaigns on MoEngage or similar platforms
- Data Analysis
- Basic understanding of user cohorts, funnels, etc.
- Creative content writing is a plus
- Creative thinking
- Proven record of managing multiple projects at once.
- Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, high-performance work environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
