PH & O - Manager - Performance Marketing (2-10 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Paid Social & Search Marketing Manager to join our growing team, to manage a portfolio of brands, retailing globally. This is a special opportunity to work with a global team, to build challenger brands in multiple categories.
As our in-house marketing manager, you will own the strategy and execution for all Paid Social and Search channels. This includes working with key stakeholders on each channel to execute, optimize, and measure campaigns and overall performance. The successful candidate will have a passion for paid media, and experience running and scaling campaigns across major platforms.
Paid Social Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day campaign execution and optimization of all ad campaigns in Facebook Business Manager including audience and bid/budget optimizations to hit and exceed KPI goals.
- Monitor ad performance on a daily basis, identifying opportunities within targeting, bid/budget optimization, and creative to improve performance at scale.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the larger marketing team to create new ad creative, copy, and landing pages to increase performance.
- Create weekly and monthly reports surrounding key initiatives and tests.
- Use data to inform recommendations across targeting and creative to advance the overall customer acquisition goals and growth of the business.
- Have an understanding of direct response e-commerce best practices and paid social trends.
Paid Search Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all paid search campaigns, including SEM, Shopping, YouTube, and Display within Google Adwords to meet and exceed KPI goals.
- Provide recommendations around optimizing current campaigns, as well as identify areas of improvement, communicate insights, and measure the performance of all campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Create weekly and monthly reports surrounding key initiatives.
- Be a strategic thought-leader on SEM best practices and trends.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years paid social and search experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Google Adwords.
- A highly analytical thinker who is comfortable making decisions using large amounts of data.
- Experience with A/B testing and understanding of acquisition strategy and direct response campaigns.
- A self-starter who is comfortable setting the agenda and owning follow through with minimal oversight.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in putting together actionable analysis in Google Sheets / Excel.
- Experience working in a lean, fast-paced, high-growth environment. DTC e-commerce experience in the health and/or wellness space preferred.
